Publishing Custom RSS Feeds

Although several web services allow you to choose the topic/s you wish to recieve and Feed Aggregators let you receive your own customised news there aren’t many options to make your own bespoke RSS feed.

After playing with Google Reader and Tags I’ve have put together a reliable system that combines RSS feeds, allows you to choose whether individual articles appear on it or not, and combine elements of your Social Graph (like Friendfeed).
